We'll determine the time of your departure from your origin based on the tour that you will book with us. Usually, it is 2-3 hours before your scheduled departure time based on the time chosen for the booking.

Destination Reminders: Abatan River Firefly Watching: The number of fireflies visible at night depends on weather conditions. Rainy weather may reduce the chances of seeing a large number of fireflies.

Pick-Up Locations: We provide pick-up and drop-off services only from accommodations located in the municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, and in the city of Tagbilaran, Bohol. Additional fees may apply if you are coming from other municipalities outside these areas.

Itinerary Confirmation: Please ensure that the contact number you provided is active on WhatsApp. Kindly have WhatsApp installed and keep your line open to avoid any no-show issues.

The cut-off time for next-day bookings is 9:00 PM GMT+8. The booking date may be rescheduled, subject to availability. The reservation fee or full payment amount is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid at least one day before the tour.
