Possible Cancellations: If the Philippine Coast Guard reports worsening sea conditions or a developing low-pressure area (including typhoons), the tour will be cancelled. Guests will automatically be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule the tour to another date.

The cut-off time for next-day bookings is 9:00 PM GMT+8. The booking date may be rescheduled, subject to availability. The reservation fee or full payment amount is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. Add-ons that are unused or canceled by the customer are non-refundable.
