Eligibility

Our packages are available for both local and international travelers.

Accommodation

All accommodations are located in Bohol, unless otherwise specified. Room availability and rates are subject to seasonal demand. Additional charges may apply for early check-in, late check-in, extra room services, or breakfast arrangements. Please confirm whether your package includes breakfast and other amenities. Mandatory holiday (peak season) meal surcharges imposed by accommodations are not included in the package unless otherwise stated.

Tour Schedules and Meet-up Points

Please adhere to the start times and meet-up points indicated in your itinerary. Depending on arrangements, your driver will either pick you up from your accommodation or from a designated meet-up point.

For joiner tours, extended waiting times are not allowed out of consideration for other travelers. Punctuality is required.

Tours may be scheduled for full day, half day (afternoon), or night. If you arrive in the afternoon or evening, you may choose to check in first or join a scheduled tour before checking in.

Tours with two or more add-ons or side trips requiring more than two hours may require earlier start times. If you have a scheduled flight or ferry, please choose an earlier time slot. Additional charges may apply if add-ons or side trips need to be moved to another day.

If a tour is scheduled on your last day, early or on-time check-out prior to the tour is required.

Flights and Transfers

Flight availability and rates are subject to seasonal demand and airline policies.

Depending on your selected flight, additional charges may apply for baggage, meals, and other airline services. Please confirm whether these are included in your package prior to finalization.

Airport or seaport transfers are included only as specified in your itinerary.

Changes to Itinerary and Services

Depending on operational requirements, your itinerary, assigned driver, guide, or vehicle may change prior to your tour.

Add-ons not booked in advance may be availed on the day of the tour, subject to time, location, and availability. Additional charges will apply.

Major changes to the number of participants (pax), accommodation, or tour arrangements are subject to additional charges, including handling fees.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, food, beverages, tips, and souvenirs are not included in the package and will be at the traveler’s expense.

Driver details will be provided one day prior to the start of your tours, arrival, and departure.

Additional reminders specific to certain tours will be provided as necessary.

Payment and Expenses

Cashless payments are encouraged. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for use in areas without reliable mobile or broadband services, or where suppliers do not accept cashless transactions.

Cancellations and Closures

Tours and transfers will only be deemed cancelled in the event of an official announcement of complete site closures issued by the relevant government authorities. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we will provide guidance on how the tour will proceed. Please note that cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not permitted and will be subject to additional fees.
Free Days and Transfers

Tour packages that include free days on both the first and last day are considered inclusive of round-trip airport or seaport transfers (if stated in the package). If only one free day is included, it corresponds to a single airport or seaport transfer, which may be scheduled either on the first or last day. Additional fees will apply should originally scheduled tours be converted into airport or seaport transfers when only one free day is included in the package.
Traveler Reminders

We recommend bringing the following items during your trip: extra cash, comfortable clothing, water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, essential medicines, swimwear, slippers, a dry bag, and sunglasses.

Terms and Conditions for Individual Tours and Tour-only Packages

General Terms & Conditions:

Reservations are subject to availability (Blackout periods may apply, including public holidays).
All tours are open for joiners if the client does not avail exclusive/private tour packages.
Travel dates are subject to change due to weather conditions.
Participants must guarantee that they don’t have any medical conditions such as hypertension, heart problems, or any dangerous medical conditions unless recommended by a licensed physician.
Dates must be booked on consecutive days.
Validity and Price Guarantee:

All prices are based on current rates at the time of printing.
Tours and itineraries are subject to change upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to customers.
The voucher (or booking confirmation) is transferable, and a valid ID of the voucher owner must be presented if transferred.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, unforeseen economic circumstances, and changes in policies from the authorities.
Reservations, Deposit & Payment:

A deposit is required before confirming the voucher.
A Php 500 deposit is required for individual tours while a Php 1,000 deposit is for Tour-only packages. This is non-refundable and non-movable (change or transfer of package).
A 100% final downpayment from the remaining balance is required a day before the tour commences for individual tours.
A 50% second downpayment from the remaining balance five (5) days before the start of the tour, while another 50% third downpayment on the day of the tour, just before the tour commences for tour-only packages. Payment upon arrival for both second and third downpayment may be allowed.
GoPanglao Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and assess appropriate cancellation charges.
Modes of payment accepted: Hitpay, Maya, and Local Bank Transfers through Security Bank
Reservations without Travel Dates must provide their requested Travel Date 90 days before the said date and are subject to availability.
Private Package Discounts:

Entrance fees may be discounted for kids 4 years old and below for select tour destinations.
We can return the difference in your entrance fees provided you present your Senior or PWD discount upon entering the tour destination. Please be reminded that not all destinations will extend discounts to seniors and PWDs. If your tour package is paid through Hitpay and Dragonpay, a 5% deduction will apply in the refund.
Booking Changes / Rebooking:

All requests for changes must be valid, supported by documents, and submitted in writing.
All individual tours and tour-only packages are given 1 free booking change done before the commencement of the tour. After consuming the free booking change, we’ll charge a 10% handling fee from the updated total bill for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Add-ons included in the package may not be rebooked due to supplier terms and conditions. 
Refund and Cancellations:

No refunds for unused and diverted transport, hotels, and tours.
Refunds are available for tours canceled due to acts of nature. Alternatively, the tours can be rescheduled.
Full, staggered, and installment payments for vouchers, including those who made full payment in advance are non-refundable but rebookable.
If you have to withdraw from the tour after it has begun, no refund will be made.
Supplier’s and contractor’s terms and conditions apply.
Force Majeure:

GoPanglao Travel and Tours will not be responsible for any booking, travel, airline, vehicle transfer, boating transfer, or hotel accommodation refunds during a Force Majeure.
No refunds shall be made during a Force Majeure event.
It is highly advised to acquire travel insurance to protect your interests.
Liability:

GoPanglao Travel and Tours acts as agents for various companies, owners, or contractors providing transportation, accommodation, and other services.
The responsibility of the tour agency is limited.
The agency is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, illness, delay, or other irregularities due to defects of any company or person involved in the transportation.
The agency is not responsible for extra costs due to delays, changes, or any other reason.
The agency is not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person.
The agency cannot be held responsible for any fault, default, or negligence by hotel owners or their employees.
The agency reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours if necessary.
Agreement Changes:

All terms of this agreement are subject to change upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the customer.
Customers may terminate the agreement on the effective date by giving notice if they do not agree with the changes.
If no notice is given, the changes will become effective.
